"CITADEL" is one of the best business centers in Yerevan. Our main goal is to provide business people with the most comfortable conditions for their work without hassle.
Citadel Business Center is a modern 10-storey building, located in the center of Yerevan, at the crossroad of Koryun and Teryan streets. The main owner of the building is “Leda Campus” LLC registered in Texas, US.
As a Business Center, the construction of the building was restarted in 2004 after redesign reducing seismic vulnerability. The building structure corresponds to nine-point seismic resistance.
The first tenants of the building started their work in 2006.
